Perfection Undercoat rubs down to an exceptionally smooth finish and the semi-gloss finish allows easy checking for hull fairness.Perfection Undercoat should be applied over cured epoxy primers or fillers or onto cured GRP/Composite.It should not be used over any one pack products.
